GIMON offers an after sales service, providing a group of highly specialized technicians able to intervene “on the ground”, thanks to mobile vans equipped with all the necessary machinery and tooling in order to check out not only the functioning of the dampers in use but also the vehicle if necessary.
Our Technology Experience Van is part of this structure and it allows us to support our customers directly on the ground, by giving us the possibility to run together with the customers the set up of the vehicle and the tuning of the dampers, in order to find the best compromise between comfort and road-holding. Our Technology Experience Vans are all equipped with MTS benches and with all the necessary machinery and tooling.
